And yes this was true Pilot after pilot picked up African American actors and actresses about 73 which half were cast in leading roles).  Casting Director's weren't completely convinced with ABC's Scandal and How to Get Away with Murder. But after record breaking views for Fox's Empire I think someone got the message. African American's matter in this TV ratings game. A few of the pilots that added African American cast members.

I'll be posting more of the pilots and cast members soon.  Congratulations to all.  Ok now it would be great to see Casting directors making the same moves with African Americans in leading Blockbuster Movies. You have to know we spend big bucks at the cinema you want to see us come out do what you are doing with the TV pilot casting.  Just drop all of the stereotypical stuff its about time you stop pretending you don't know how classy and wonderful we really are:).
